Established in 1995, we started off as a company with humble beginnings, providing fabrication services in Semiconductor Tooling, IC Mold Making, Trim & Form Tooling, Punch & Die set and Precision machining under the name of KeyForm Precision. Over the years we have built up a name for ourselves and have worked closely with renowned clients such as Siemens Components Pte Ltd, Lucent Technologies and Texas Instruments.

It was through this journey where we ventured into the field of modular equipment design, as well as build and assembly. GlobalVenture Technology was established in 2004 to provides our services for the Aerospace, Semiconductor and Research & Development industries.

In a bid to maintain our edge in engineering, designs innovations and advanced manufacturing solutions, we have made it our mission to continue investing in manpower, sophisticated tools, latest equipment and implementation of intelligence technologies in our practice.
